First Laboratory Coat Ceremony Held in Our Chemistry Department

This year, the first “Laboratory Coat Ceremony” was held in our Chemistry Department. The ceremony, held on Wednesday, October 22nd at 2 PM in the Germiyanoğlu Yakup Bey Conference Hall of Dumlupınar University Faculty of Arts and Science, saw our students receive their laboratory coats, symbolizing their first step into their professional lives, from our department professors and representatives of the Chemists’ Association.

During the event, the responsibility and ethical values ​​of chemistry were emphasized, and best wishes were extended to our students.

Our department plans to make this meaningful event a tradition.
