For individuals wishing to continue their studies under Provisional Article 85—added by Law No. 7592 to the Higher Education Law No. 2547 (which entered into force upon publication in the Official Gazette dated 09.08.2026 and numbered 33335)—the procedures regarding academic placement (adjustment), course registration, and lateral transfer will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the "Kütahya Dumlupınar University Procedures for Academic Placement and Course Registration of Students Qualifying for Enrollment Under Law No. 7592" and the "Kütahya Dumlupınar University Procedures and Principles for Lateral Transfer Under Law No. 7592." These documents were prepared based on the implementation guidelines issued by the Council of Higher Education and were adopted by our University Senate at its meeting dated 17.09.2026 (Meeting No. 23).
