On May 8, 2026, the Department of Chemistry at Kütahya Dumlupınar University organized a technical visit to Kütahya Porselen to help students enhance their professional knowledge and experience.

As part of the technical visit, students toured the production facilities and examined the porcelain manufacturing processes firsthand. During the tour, they received detailed information regarding the raw materials used in porcelain production, as well as the stages of clay preparation, shaping, and molding. Additionally, visits to the glazing, decorating, and firing departments provided insight into the technical aspects of the production process. Students observed product quality control procedures and learned about the analysis and measurement equipment used in the laboratories.

Throughout the visit, students had the opportunity to observe the practical application of the theoretical knowledge gained during their studies and acquired valuable insights into the industry's production processes and quality standards. The program concluded with a group photo taken to commemorate the day.
