Candidates who have earned the right to enroll in our university's departments based on the 2026 Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS) results may complete their registration via the e-Government (e-Devlet) portal by selecting the "University E-Registration" (Üniversite E-Kayıt) application between September 14 and September 16, 2026 (until 23:59). E-registration via the e-Government portal is optional, not mandatory. Candidates who choose not to use e-registration or are unable to do so for compelling reasons may complete their registration and course credit transfers in person at the faculty to which they have been admitted; this must be done during business hours between September 14 and September 18, 2026, with the required registration documents.

Additionally, candidates who complete e-registration must personally submit the documents required for course credit transfers and registration—along with a formal petition—to the relevant faculty by the end of the workday on September 18, 2026.
